COSTS OF SENDING

The sending transports will be added to his order.

  • Azores and Madeira - € 20.00
  • Europe (inside the EU) – € 20.00
  • Rest of the World – € 35.00

 TERMS OF DELIVERY:

  • THE DAILY DAY works of Monday to Friday, with the exception of the local, national and international vacations.
  • Portugal, 3 to 7 weekdays
  • Europe, 7 to 12 weekdays
  • Rest of the World 15 to 20 weekdays

DEVOLUTIONS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.

DEVOLUTIONS OF MASKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED YOU WERE RE-USING, UNLESS THERE WILL BE QUALITY PROBLEMS WITH THE PRODUCT, BEFORE USED.

The expenses of sending of returned articles are in charge of the client, as well as eventual customs or different taxes additional tariffs. In case of exchange, the DAILY DAY will not collect additional costs for the sending of his new articles.

AS DOING A DEVOLUTION

All the sending costs are paid for the client. When it does the devolution, is made sure what marked in his devolution request the information “articles returned” in any solicited form, as well as abroad of the box or envelope.

A devolution form will be sent together with all his requests, in the form that could proceed to his devolution. Please, is made sure what fills out the devolutions form when it returns any article to us. If it did not receive a form, it will be able to obtain a new form here. His order will want to be returned in part or in his totality, we will be going to restore the amount that we receive (with exclusion of the costs of sending). One paid with card, it will be returned assembly for the count that used to do the payment. The residence for devolutions can be found to bass and in the devolutions form. We do not restore the costs of sending relative to the devolution of the product.

The devolution of the amount paid in returned articles will be effectuated by it with the biggest possible brevity for the card of credit / debit used for the payment of the articles in question, in the very space of 30 days, after the devolution of the article.

In case of an exchange, DAILY DAY will not add additional collections for the sending of the new items. For the countries of the European Community (YOU), it will be included IVA in the refund.

All the exchanges are subject to the availability of a stock inwww.dailyday.pt. We proceed to the exchange of products that are returned to us in the space of 14 days, after the date of reception. Please, together with the sending his purchase receipt, inform us what intends to effectuate the exchange. So that the articles for exchange are received, we proceed to the immediate sending of his new articles. As well as in the Devolutions and Refunds, all the taxes or additional collections devoted to the exchange of articles, they will not be supported by DAILY DAY.

In case of exchange, please, contact us with the biggest possible brevity, so that we can proceed to the reserve of the article / size asked.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING THE SENDING / DELIVERY

The devolutions of damaged products / with defect, they will only be accepted if the products have been handed to him like these damages / defects. THE DAILY DAY will take all the precautions to check if the product has some damage / defect before proceeding of sending it for himself. All the articles returned like articles with defect will be inspected in his reception. The articles that present use signs, will not be accepted like articles with defect. The substitution of an article with defect will be effectuated of immediate one, if this one is available in stock. It if will be claimed that the article with defect is substituted, indicate us when it will effectuate the exchange request, contacting us through the e-mail clientes@dailyday.pt. The exchange / devolution requests must be effectuated up to 14 days after the date of reception of the product.

The damaged products will be exchanged for the same product, in the same size, in case of availability of the product. The devolutions will be effectuated in the shortest term of possible time, up to 30 days after we receive the damaged product. In case of the product to be out of stock, will be able to choose between receiving a note of credit or the value of his request for the same credit card / debit used to effectuate the purchase.

Articles with defect will be exchanged for the same type of product, in the same size subject to availability. Refunds as defective items will have that they will be prosecuted as abbreviation as possible, at most of 30 days after we receive the returned article. In case of impossibility of substituting his article, it will be able to opt to receive a note of credit or the refund of the value of the article (including sending costs), in the credit card / debit that used for in the request open to question.

DEVOLUTIONS & EXCHANGES OF ARTICLES IN BALANCES

All the articles purchases in balances (products presented with reduction of price) are final. There will not be effectuated exchanges, notes of credit or devolutions in case of balances. The conditions of Exchanges and Devolutions will not be applied to these products.
