Shipping costs will be added to your order.

All orders are shipped via carrier:

          Mainland Portugal - 4.50 €

          Azores and Madeira - 18.00 €

          Mainland Spain - 7.00€

          Spanish Islands and Ceuta - 22.00€

          Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom - 15.00 €

          Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovakia, Finland, Hungary, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland - 25.00€

          Rest of the World - 35.00 €

  1. DELIVERY TIMES:

DAILY DAY is open from Monday to Friday, with the exception of local, national and international holidays.

          Portugal, 3 to 7 working days;

          Europe, 5 to 12 working days;

          Rest of the World 10 to 20 working days.

  1. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES.

3.1 RETURNABLE SOCIAL MASK EXCHANGES OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED, EXCEPT IF THERE ARE QUALITY PROBLEMS WITH THE PRODUCT, BEFORE USE.

3.1 The request for exchange, refund or return of articles must be made within 14 days after the delivery date. Items must be sent to our address in perfect condition, accompanied by the original receipt. Exchanges of products will only be accepted with the original labels and with the packaging intact. DAILY DAY does not accept exchanges for products whose label has been removed. Please note that the shoes must be returned in their original packaging. Note: The responsibility for the returned item is yours until it is received by us. DAILY DAY is not responsible for orders lost in the shipping process. We advise you to send the order with a shipping number so that it can be tracked. The costs of shipping returned items are borne by the customer, as well as any customs duties or other additional fees. In the event of an exchange, DAILY DAY will not charge additional costs for shipping your new items.

  1. HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

All shipping costs are paid by the customer. When making the return, make sure that you have marked in your return request the information “returned items” in any form requested, as well as outside the box or envelope.

A return form will be sent with all your orders, so that you can proceed with your return. Please make sure you fill out the returns form when you return any item. If you have not received a form, you can obtain a new form here. If you wish to return your order in part or in whole, we will refund the amount we received (excluding shipping costs). If you paid with a card, the assembly will be returned to the account you used to make the payment. The return address can be found below and in the return form. We do not refund shipping costs for returning the product.

The refund of the amount paid on returned items will be made as soon as possible to the credit / debit card used to pay for the items in question, within a maximum period of 30 days after the return of the item.

Please note that additional shipping costs, fees and / or taxes will not be refunded by us. Please also note that fees, taxes or any additional costs you may incur will not be refunded by DAILY DAY.

In the case of an exchange, DAILY DAY will not add additional charges for shipping new items. For European Community (EC) countries, VAT will be included in the refund.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability at www.dailyday.pt. We exchange products that are returned to us within 14 days after the date of receipt. Please, together with sending your purchase receipt, inform us that you intend to make the exchange. As soon as the items for exchange are received, we proceed with the immediate shipment of your new items. As with Returns and Refunds, any additional fees or charges applied to item exchange will not be supported by DAILY DAY.

In case of exchange, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can proceed with the reservation of the requested item / size.

  1. DAMAGED PRODUCTS DURING SHIPPING / DELIVERY

Returns of damaged / defective products will only be accepted if the products have been delivered to you as that damage / defect. DAILY DAY will take every precaution to check the product for any damage / defect before proceeding to send it to you. All items returned as defective items will be inspected on receipt. Articles that show signs of use will not be accepted as defective articles. The replacement of a defective item will be made immediately, if it is available in stock. If you want the defective item to be replaced, please let us know when you make the exchange request, by contacting us via email customers@dailyday.pt. Exchange / return orders must be made within 14 days after the date of receipt of the product.

Damaged products will be exchanged for the same product, in the same size, in case of product availability. Returns will be made in the shortest possible time, up to 30 days after we receive the damaged product. In case the product is out of stock, you can choose to receive a credit note or the amount of your order for the same credit / debit card used to make the purchase.

Defective items will be exchanged for the same type of product, in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for defective items will be processed as soon as possible, within a maximum of 30 days after we receive the returned item. In the event that it is impossible to replace your item, you can choose to receive a credit note or refund the value of the item (including shipping costs), on the credit / debit card you used for the order in question.

  1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES OF ITEMS IN SALE

All purchases of items on sale (products presented at a reduced price) are final. Exchanges, credit notes or returns will not be made in case of balances. The conditions of Exchanges and Returns will not be applied to these products.
